Return/Exchange policy
We do not offer any return or exchange unless the jewellery got damaged while in transit.
- Eligibility for Refunds: If the jewellery is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We request you to send an unboxing video without any cuts or edit for return/exchange of damaged jewellery.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours with your order details.
- Refund Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will take 7-10 days to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will initiate the process within 1-3 days and the replacement will be delivered within 7-12 days.
We do not provide order cancellation once it is dispatched.
